This project is funded by The National Agency for Research (French: Agence nationale de la recherche - ANR) which has as main objective the multimodal quantification and validation of the 3D regional myocardial function.
Under the direction of Patrick Clarysse and Pierre Croisille, my work focuses on inTag; an advanced software meant to calculate, display and analyse myocardial strain from tagged MR sequences.
